How long can I store my belongings?
There is no time limit. A month, a year or two, or longer; we offer good prices for long terms.
Is my room locked and is the depot secure?
Every room is locked. The storage area is monitored by camera day and night and the alarm system is on.
When can I get to my belongings?
Visit your room any day you like, no appointment needed.
Are prices monthly and what do they depend on?
Prices are per month and depend on the room size: 1+0: ₺4,000 (8 m³), 1+1: ₺7,000 (15 m³), 2+1: ₺8,000 (22 m³), 3+1: ₺9,000 (28 m³). We offer better prices for longer terms.
What is "First month on us"?
The room rent for your first month of storage is on us. There is no minimum term.
Do you collect from my door?
Yes. We offer door-to-door pickup and delivery within Istanbul.
Does the survey cost anything?
No, the survey is free.
Which room should I choose?
Pick the room that fits your home size in the price table. If you are not sure which one is enough, ask for a free survey.
Can I store office items or archives?
Yes, we also store office belongings and archives. Tell us what you need.
Can my belongings be insured?
We offer optional insurance for your belongings. We go through the terms and details together at the free survey.
Who holds the key to my room?
It is your choice: you can keep the key, or Atasoy Depo can hold it.
