Why do belongings leave the home during renovation?
1.Dust, paint and damp
Floor, paint or bathroom work needs a clean place for furniture and textiles. The depot rooms are dry and hygienic.
2.Room to work
An empty home gives the craftspeople more room to work without moving around your belongings.
3.The end date can slip
Renovation and urban transformation can run late. With no time limit on our rooms you do not have to race a date on behalf of your belongings.
The whole home or a part of it?
If you are emptying the whole home, pick the room that matches your home size. If only a room or two is being emptied, a smaller room may do; we measure together during the survey.

Preparing for renovation
1.Decide which rooms will be emptied
For a partial renovation take out only the belongings of the rooms being worked on, so you do not rent a bigger room than you need.
2.Set damp-sensitive items apart
Box and label textiles, books and wooden items; our rooms are kept dry and hygienic.
3.Agree the return day with your contractor
Once painting and cleaning are done, agree with your contractor which day your belongings come back and tell us; we deliver to your door.
Frequently asked questions about prices
How long can my belongings stay during urban transformation?
There is no time limit. A month works, so do a year or two or longer; we offer better prices for longer terms.
Can I rent a room for just a few pieces instead of the whole home?
Yes. The room is chosen to fit your needs. We decide together during the free survey which room is enough.
Do you collect my belongings from my door?
Yes. Within Istanbul we do door-to-door pickup and delivery.
