What we process and why
- Phone and WhatsApp contact: When you reach us by phone or WhatsApp, the name, phone number and storage details you give us are used to prepare an offer and to contact you. The WhatsApp button on the site takes you to WhatsApp; its own terms apply from that point on.
- Visit statistics (only if you allow them): If you allow statistics cookies in the cookie banner, page views, phone and WhatsApp button clicks, page-speed measurements, browser and device information and your IP address are processed together with a random visitor ID. The purpose is to improve the site and to measure how well our contact channels (phone, WhatsApp) work. Advertising measurement is separate and needs its own "Marketing" permission. If you do not allow it, no statistics data is collected; you can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page. Details are in the cookie policy.
- Security and abuse prevention: Server access logs are kept for a limited time for security and debugging. See the sections below for the record of your cookie choice.
- Urban renewal guide assistant (AI; only if you use it): The questions you type into the assistant are sent to Amazon Web Services' (AWS) Bedrock service (European regions) to produce an answer; we do not store them. To limit abuse, an irreversible digest of your IP address is kept briefly in server memory. Do not type your name, phone number, address or title-deed details. This feature is optional and based on your consent. Your choices in the roadmap tool are kept in the # part of your page address; they are sent only if you allowed statistics (stage, role, home size) or ask the assistant a question on the same page (stage and role, as context).
Legal bases
Your data is processed under KVKK art. 5/2 on these grounds: it is necessary to give you an offer and fulfil your request (point c), and our legitimate interest in the security and operation of the site (point f). Visit statistics rely on the explicit consent you give in the cookie banner (art. 5/1); you can withdraw it at any time, and a record of your choice (a random number, the date and the choice; no IP address or phone number) is kept. For the urban renewal guide assistant, sending what you type to the AI service is based on your explicit consent (art. 5/1); you give it by ticking the box above the assistant and it applies for that visit only.
Who receives data
- Google: Google Analytics, if you allowed statistics. Data may be transferred abroad.
- Analytics infrastructure: if you allowed statistics, visit statistics are passed to a shared analytics platform (Matomo) that supports the business, and to Google Analytics.
- WhatsApp (Meta): conversations you have over WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's terms.
- Amazon Web Services (Bedrock): the questions you type into the assistant are processed to produce an AI answer (European regions); AWS documentation states that inputs are not used for model training.
- Authorised bodies: where a legal obligation arises.
We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing.
Retention
- Information about your offer and storage request is deleted or anonymised 12 months after the request.
- User-level data in Google Analytics is kept for 14 months.
- Your cookie choice is kept in your browser for 180 days and then asked again; the choice record on our server is deleted after 12 months.
- Questions typed into the assistant are not stored on our servers; usage-limit counters stay in memory for at most one day.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask to learn whether your data is processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; to know the recipients at home or abroad; to have incomplete or wrong data corrected; to have it deleted or destroyed; to have these actions notified to third-party recipients; to object to an outcome against you produced by automated analysis; and to claim compensation if you suffer loss from unlawful processing. You can send your request to the e-mail address above or in writing to the address above. We answer within thirty days at the latest. If you find the answer insufficient, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
