What do offices use storage for?
1.Between office moves
The old office is emptied and the new one is not ready. Desks, cabinets and equipment wait at the depot until the new office is ready.
2.The archive takes up room
Documents and file boxes you must keep but rarely open no longer take valuable floor space in the office; they stay organised in a locked room.
3.Unused fixtures
Take desks, chairs and cabinets you no longer use but do not want to dispose of out of the office, and visit your room to collect them when needed.

The room is chosen to fit the amount of furniture and boxes. We decide together during the free survey which room is enough.

Write the department and period on each box; you reach the file you need faster.
2.Keep your own inventory list
Keep a list of the boxes and items going to the depot at the office as well.
3.Choose who holds the key
For boxes with sensitive documents, choose up front who keeps the key: you if you wish, or Atasoy Depo.

Prices are per month and depend on the room size: 1+0: ₺4,000 (8 m³), 1+1: ₺7,000 (15 m³), 2+1: ₺8,000 (22 m³), 3+1: ₺9,000 (28 m³). We offer better prices for longer terms.
