Why does a trousseau wait at a depot?
1.The home is not ready yet
The wedding date is set but the home is still being painted, furnished or handed over. The trousseau should not take up room at the families' homes meanwhile.
2.No room at the families' homes
White goods, bedding, tableware and kitchen items bought months ahead become a problem in crowded homes. In a locked room everyone's items wait in order.
3.The date can move
If the wedding or move date changes it does not matter: there is no time limit and no minimum term.
Which room?
The size of a trousseau depends on the list; it can be as much as the contents of a 1+1 home or far less. We decide together during the free survey which room is enough.

Preparing the trousseau for storage
1.Pack textiles clean and dry
Pack bedding, towels and curtains washed and fully dry, and write the contents on the boxes.
2.Keep an inventory list
Write down which item is in which box and photograph it; it makes unpacking in the new home easier.
3.Box fragile items separately
Put glass, porcelain and electronics in their own boxes and mark them fragile.

You can visit your room on any day, or ask for delivery to your door within Istanbul.
Who holds the key to the room?
It is your choice: you keep the key if you wish, or Atasoy Depo does.
Is the term extended if the wedding date slips?
There is no time limit. A month works, so does longer; we offer better prices for longer terms.
