    The İBB rail dataset (September 2026 data extract) lists Cevizli on the Halkalı–Gebze Marmaray line as an existing station. In our OpenStreetMap boundary test (our calculation) its coordinates fall inside Orhantepe despite the name, serving as a direction marker along the line (inference).

  • Four taxi-stand records

    The İBB taxi-stand dataset (September 2026 data extract) lists Cevizli İstasyon, Cevizli Taksi, Cevizli Taksi Durağı and Saray Taksi inside the boundary in the same test (our calculation). Whether each operates today is undocumented.

  • Places the municipality files under Orhantepe

    In Kartal Municipality's disaster assembly table the Orhantepe entries include the Marmara University Mehmet Genç Külliyesi garden, the Meteorology garden and car park, and Dragos Park. Assembly areas, not loading spots: only address markers.

  • Paths mapped as steps

    11 way segments tagged as steps in OpenStreetMap have their centre inside the boundary (our calculation). A stepped passage is walking-only; if your address connects to one, the carry distance may grow (inference).
