Through roads, parking and the trip to the depot
On the map the neighbourhood covers roughly 1.4 km², with 10.4 km of local streets and 10.8 km of through roads, so Yamanevler is threaded by large axes. 22 % of local streets are narrow or one-way, mean grade is 3.5 % and 20 % count as steep. One street in five is steep, so if the vehicle cannot reach the door, part of the boxes may be carried by hand (our inference).
The map lists 18 parking areas covering 28,459 m²; we do not know which are open to loading vehicles, and we can look at the street in front of your address at the free survey. None of the 701 buildings has floor data mapped, so ask management about lifts.
The trip stays on the Anatolian side with no Bosphorus crossing. We have not measured a time for Yamanevler; our September 2026 OSRM / OpenStreetMap car-profile range for Ümraniye as a whole is 8–18 km and 8–16 minutes without traffic. We promise no timing.
Known points in the neighbourhood
M5 Yamanevler station
According to Wikipedia the station is in the neighbourhood, on Alemdağ Caddesi; it opened on 15 December 2017 and was the eastern end of the M5 until 21 October 2018 (Metro İstanbul's line page carries the stage dates too). It has two entrances, one by İŞKUR and one on the Canpark AVM side; the platform is 25 metres deep and there is no car park. Waiting with a vehicle around the entrances may therefore be hard (our inference).
The Municipality's assembly-area list
The Ümraniye Municipality table of disaster assembly areas names nine places for Yamanevler: Şehit Onur Kılıç Park, the Noya Sokak parking area, Canpark AVM's garden, two İSPARK car-park entries, the open car park of the covered market and three school gardens. The list shows the Municipality's covered market but gives no market day. These are disaster areas with no loading record, so use them only as landmarks.
Canpark and a sports complex on Alemdağ Caddesi
OpenStreetMap places Canpark AVM in Yamanevler on Alemdağ Caddesi, and the Haldun Alagaş Sports Complex on the same street at number 167. The Canpark AVM garden entry in the Municipality's list confirms the neighbourhood. With visitor traffic likely nearby, you may want to plan where a vehicle can stop (our inference).
Choosing a room by flat type
1.8 or 15 m³ for 1+0 and 1+1
There are 701 buildings here but the flat mix is not documented. In a small flat a bed, boxes and seasonal items usually point to 8 m³; add a sofa and white goods and 15 m³ is likelier.
2.22 or 28 m³ for 2+1 and 3+1
Look at these when a whole home has to wait; the free survey measures which one is enough.
3.Preparing for the visit and the pickup
Note the size of large pieces and the freight-lift rules from building management; take large wardrobes apart. You can visit the depot on any day.
