Sloping streets and the trip to the depot

The map shows 26.6 km of local streets and 5.5 km of through roads in Küçüksu. Only 2 % of local streets are one-way and 2 % narrow, so oncoming traffic looks like a minor issue (our inference). Slope makes the difference: a 7.7 % mean grade and 47 % of streets counted as steep. If a vehicle cannot reach the door, the carry grows; the free survey can show this.

The map lists 4 parking areas totalling 981 m²; occupancy is unknown. Floor data is entered for only 2 % of the 1,108 buildings, so lifts and heights are a question for building management. According to Wikipedia (secondary source) the 2024 population was 18,345; the building layer looks incomplete against that, so we draw no housing-stock conclusions.

The road to the Sancaktepe depot stays on the Anatolian side, with no Bosphorus crossing. The September 2026 OSRM / OpenStreetMap car calculation gives 18–24 km and 15–20 minutes without traffic for Üsküdar overall; Küçüksu was not measured separately and we promise no travel time.

  In OpenStreetMap, among roads inside the boundary (our calculation), Hekimbaşı Çiftlik Caddesi is classed as primary and the Kaldırım, Rasathane and Dereboyu avenues as tertiary; parts of Kaldırım Caddesi are marked one-way. Giving an avenue with a street name is usually quicker (our inference).
