Steep but wide streets and the road to the depot

The map shows Ünalan at 1.5 km² with 21.8 km of local streets and 6.9 km of through roads; only 2 % of local streets are one-way or narrow, so oncoming traffic bottlenecks seem unlikely (our inference). The difference is slope: 7.2 % mean grade and 46 % steep streets.

The map shows 22 parking areas totalling 31,881 m²; occupancy is unknown. Floor data covers only 1 % of the 1,954 buildings, so height and lift details must be checked with building management.

Our depot is in Sancaktepe on the same Anatolian side, with no Bosphorus crossing. A September 2026 OSRM / OpenStreetMap car calculation gives 18–24 km and 15–20 minutes without traffic across Üsküdar; Ünalan was not measured separately and we promise no travel time.

  Üsküdar Municipality's market list records the Ünalan market on Saturdays with 1. Giriş, 2. Giriş and 1.2.3.4 Aralar in the street column; closed roads are not published. Another day may ease nearby pickups or deliveries (our inference).

• Sports centre on Soyak Cami Sokak

  The municipal facility page places Ünalan Muhsin Yazıcıoğlu Sports Centre at Soyak Cami Sokak No:1, 34700 Üsküdar (11,700 m², 700-seat hall, semi-olympic pool, covered car park). We mention it only as a direction landmark (our inference) and never offer its car park for truck waiting or loading.

• M4 Ünalan station

  According to Wikipedia, the station opened on 17 August 2012 at the D.100 Uzunçayır interchange in Ünalan Mahallesi, with five entrances and a 300-space İSPARK car park (metro.istanbul did not load for official confirmation). It serves only as a direction landmark (our inference); neither the D-100 kerbside nor the İSPARK car park is offered for truck waiting.

• Between two main roads

  According to Wikipedia, the D-100 bounds the south and the O-4 the north, with Libadiye Caddesi among the main thoroughfares. An inner street suits loading better than the main-road edges (our inference).

   For a one-person flat, boxes, a bed and a small shelf usually fit.

2. 2.15 and 22 m³ for a 1+1 and a 2+1

   Flat counts for the 1,954 buildings are unknown, so your inventory decides; for a 2+1 emptied during renovation, 22 m³ is usually considered.

3. 3.28 m³ for a 3+1

   Usually considered for a four-room home's belongings; how much fits is checked at the free survey. Bring large-piece dimensions when visiting.
