Kozyatağı streets and the way to the depot
The map holds 15.6 km of local streets and 8.3 km of through roads in 1.4 km². The one-way share is 44 % and the narrow share is also 44 %; the mean grade is 3.7 % and 19 % of streets count as steep. On inner streets a truck may wait for oncoming cars (our inference); the standing spot can be checked at the free survey.
There are 18 parking areas covering 7,456 m², with unknown occupancy. Floor counts exist for 49 % of the 853 buildings and average 6.9 floors, so mid-rise blocks may dominate (our inference). Lift data is missing; ask the management.
The depot is in Sancaktepe and the route stays on the Asian side, no bridge involved. Our September 2026 OSRM / OpenStreetMap estimate gives roughly 16–23 km and 15–20 minutes without traffic for Kadıköy; it rests on three district points excluding Kozyatağı, so we promise no duration. Door-to-door pickup and delivery cover İstanbul.
Points that may shape the loading plan
Disaster Training and Awareness Park
According to a 12 October 2018 EkoYapı Magazine report, Kadıköy Municipality's disaster-training park opened on Saniye Ermutlu Sokak in Kozyatağı and is also named a post-disaster assembly area. It is only a landmark for directions, never a loading stop; current status is unverified.
Metro stations
According to Wikipedia, the M4 and M8 Kozyatağı stations have been linked by an underground pedestrian tunnel since 2 April 2024; the M8 station sits at the İçerenköy edge, in Ataşehir. Entrances may be crowded with pedestrians (our inference), so stopping a few streets away helps.
D-100 and the Kozyatağı Junction
According to Wikipedia, D-100 runs along the area's northern and north-eastern edge, and the junction opened in 1989 joins it to the O-2 motorway, with malls and offices around it. The way to the depot may cross it (our inference), so weigh its traffic when choosing a day.
Office towers
OpenStreetMap records Nida Kule Kozyatağı with 25 floors, Dural Plaza with 12 and Kozzy Shopping Centre on Buket Sokağı. Loading rules in such buildings may depend on the management (our inference).
Which room fits in Kozyatağı
1.8 m³ for a 1+0
For a short gap; a bed, a few boxes and a small wardrobe usually fit.
2.15 and 22 m³ for a 1+1 and 2+1
Buildings with floor data average 6.9 floors, so apartment blocks may prevail, but we hold no flat sizes. Belongings decide; the right room can be checked at the free survey.
3.28 m³ for a 3+1
For a whole home, or the belongings of two homes combined.
4.What to bring on a visit
Sizes of bulky pieces, the lift's door width and photos of possible standing spots make choosing a room easier; you can tour the depot on any day.

Frequently asked in Kozyatağı
Can goods be collected from an address near a metro entrance?
Yes; the standing spot needs thought, as pedestrians may crowd the entrances (our inference).
Can a vehicle wait beside the disaster-training park?
The park is named as an assembly area, so use it only as a landmark; we found no published traffic rule for its surroundings.
What should I do before moving goods out of a tall block?
Ask the management about goods-lift rules and whether a slot is needed; the map has no lift data.
