  The District Governorate page says the stadium is in Abdurrahmangazi and hosts Sancaktepe Belediye Spor, a 2nd League side; no season is given. Match days may bring crowds (our inference), so if pickup is near the stadium it helps to choose the loading day with that in mind.

• Muhtar's office address

  İBB open data places Abdurrahmangazi Neighbourhood Muhtar's Office at Dedebayır Sk. No:8; the dataset is dated June 2025, so check before you go. It works as a known reference point when describing an address or agreeing on a stopping spot.

• M5 Sancaktepe station

  In İBB's June 2025 station point data, Sancaktepe station falls inside the neighbourhood, about 350 m in a straight line from the muhtar's office point (our calculation). The under-construction label in that dataset is out of date: from the station order on metro.istanbul, the stop belongs to the Çekmeköy–Samandıra Merkez section opened in March 2024 (our inference). If you visit your room by metro, we have not measured the walk, so check at the exit.

   Usually enough for a one-person flat: a bed, a few boxes and a small wardrobe. Suited to a short renovation or a break between homes.

2. 2.15 and 22 m³ for 1+1 and 2+1

   Most people in these flat types look at these two sizes; we have no floor data for local housing, so we cannot say more. Bedroom sets, sofas and appliances shift the choice; we measure at the survey.
