Beykoz storage
Beykoz's 45 neighbourhoods run from the Bosphorus shore to the Black Sea, and our depot is on the same Anatolian side, in Sancaktepe, so your belongings never cross a bridge. Street data shows which room tends to fit and how steep, narrow streets change loading.

Why people in Beykoz look for storage
The District Governorate lists 45 neighbourhoods and on the map no two look alike: İncirköy has 3,032 mapped buildings and Çubuklu 1,831, while Polonezköy has 144, Bozhane 15 and Göllü none. Storey data is 0 percent in 30 of the 45 neighbourhoods and only 1 percent in Çubuklu, with exceptions such as Kavacık (26 percent) and Fatih (69 percent), so we learn your flat's size from you and at the survey.
The most concrete trigger is urban transformation. In Tokatköy the TOKİ project holds 776 homes, 47 shops and 87 blocks; in Çiğdem the demolition of a six-block, 115-unit complex began in September 2026; in Çubuklu owners signed preliminary agreements under İBB's risk-area project. For someone who has emptied a flat and awaits the new one, the question is where the furniture waits. We found no district data on renovation, so we claim nothing there.
The drive from Beykoz to the Sancaktepe depot
Our depot is in Abdurrahmangazi neighbourhood, on Beykoz's own side of the Bosphorus, so there is no crossing. Our OSRM / OpenStreetMap car estimate from September 2026 puts Beykoz addresses roughly 15–36 km and 15–35 minutes away without traffic: Yavuz Selim at 15.2 km and 17 minutes, Riva at 35.8 km and 31 minutes, Beykoz centre at 36.2 km and 33 minutes. A loaded vehicle and traffic can differ, so we promise no times. Belongings are collected from your door and, when you ask, delivered back to it.
Streets split the district in two. In Kavacık 54 percent of local streets are one-way or narrow; in Göksu and Tokatköy 9 percent. Ortaçeşme averages a 12.4 percent slope and Çiğdem 11.2 percent, and 69 percent of Fatih's streets are steep. Göllü, Bozhane and Kılıçlı average only 3.2–3.9 percent. The map lists 57 parking areas in Göksu and none in Elmalı or Fatih. Figures are approximate; we see your street at the free survey.
From Çiğdem's slopes to Riva's long streets
Figures come from OpenStreetMap and Copernicus data and are approximate.
Kavacık Mahallesi
54 percent of its 24.5 km of local streets are one-way or narrow, the district's highest. Average slope is 7.2 percent and 5 parking areas are mapped. Storey data covers 26 percent of buildings, averaging 4.1 storeys.
Göksu Mahallesi
57 parking areas in 0.7 km², the district's highest count. Nine percent of streets are one-way or narrow and 47 percent steep. Storey data exists for only 4 percent of buildings; we ask about lifts at the survey.
Tokatköy Mahallesi
2,635 buildings and 35.7 km of local streets; 9 percent one-way or narrow, 47 percent steep. No parking areas are mapped. The TOKİ transformation's 776 homes are here.
Çiğdem Mahallesi
1,827 buildings in 0.9 km²; average slope 11.2 percent, 61 percent of streets steep, 1 parking area. The district's first complex-scale transformation is here; check truck distance at the survey.
Ortaçeşme Mahallesi
The district's steepest average, 12.4 percent, with 59 percent of streets steep. No one-way or narrow streets, so the difficulty is slope rather than width.
Riva Mahallesi
At 22.5 km² and 81.5 km of local streets it has the longest network in the district, none narrow or one-way. By our car estimate the depot is 35.8 km and 31 minutes away without traffic.

From Kavacık to Riva: advice for Beykoz
1.In Beykoz, the volume of your things sets the room
Rooms are 8 m³ for a 1+0, 15 m³ for a 1+1, 22 m³ for a 2+1 and 28 m³ for a 3+1. A flat's contents usually fit the room of the same name; a smaller one may do for surplus only.
2.Ask about truck distance on steep streets
In Fatih, Paşabahçe, Soğuksu and Çiğdem, 61–69 percent of streets are steep. If the vehicle cannot get close, boxes are carried by hand and heavy pieces taken separately.
3.Choose the stopping point in Kavacık beforehand
In December 2021 the municipality cut lanes on Kavacık's main avenues and built 24 parking pockets; stopping is mostly possible there. On a one-way street, mark where the vehicle will wait.
4.Label boxes in unpacking order during transformation
With a set evacuation date, label boxes by the order you will open them in the new home and keep urgent ones apart.
5.Share a pin in village-rooted neighbourhoods
Riva has 81.5 km of local streets but only 9 mapped parking areas; Polonezköy spreads 144 buildings over 29.3 km². Send a location pin with the street name.

Questions about storage in Beykoz
Can you collect from Kavacık's narrow streets?
Yes. 54 percent of local streets are one-way or narrow, but the main avenues have 24 parking pockets, one of which we agree on at the survey.
How do you collect from steep places like Çiğdem or Paşabahçe?
Çiğdem averages an 11.2 percent slope and Paşabahçe 10.7 percent. If the vehicle cannot get close, boxes are carried by hand and furniture is planned separately.
My building is in urban transformation. What goes into the room?
Generally everything you will not use before the evacuation date: bedroom set, sofas, bookcases. Set aside what the new home needs at once; we plan the rest by the room matching your flat.
How does collection work in Anadolu Hisarı or Göksu?
In Anadolu Hisarı 8 percent of local streets are one-way or narrow, in Göksu 9 percent. Residents write that the shore is crowded at weekends, so a weekday may be easier.
